Welcome to Compete NG! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Compete NG mobile application developed by Compete NG LLC. By accessing or using Compete NG, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By using Compete NG, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted within the app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use Compete NG.
To use certain features of Compete NG, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring its security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Compete NG users and the content you share within the app. You agree not to engage in any behavior that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
The content you provide to Compete NG, including personal information, fitness data, and other user-generated content, remains your property. By using Compete NG, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
As part of your participation in the Compete NG community, you have the option to opt in to have your profile and/or photo shared in social media posts related to your achievements. You can enable or disable this feature at any time through your app settings.
You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm, disable, or impair the functionality of Compete NG or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, data mining, and any action that violates applicable laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the app. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
Compete NG is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app and its features.
Compete NG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
